* **What is a Mayor?**
* **What Benefits Do Mayors Receive?**
  * **Gaming Rights:** Regular landmark rights, temporary landmark rights, landmark pinning rights (by region), hosting Heyo festivals, and organizing regional AMAs.
  * **Governance Rights:** Submitting ecosystem development proposals and participating in Heyo congressional meetings.
  * **Incentives:** Exclusive mayor invitation codes, partial usage rights for land occupation fees in the entire region, additional rewards for Heyo production in the region, and a mayor airdrop of HeyoCoin.
* **How to Apply**
  * Stake HeyoCoin or USDT and contact us. You will need to prepare a personal introduction and undergo an interview.
* **Mayor Assessment**
  * The first assessment will take place two months after being elected, followed by monthly assessments thereafter.
  * Assessment criteria include:
    * Social media influence
    * Regional community user count & activity level
    * Regional land transaction volume & activity level
    * Regional Heyo points output
    * Quantity & quality of regional operational activities
    * Governance participation level
  * Assessments are categorized into five levels: C/B/A/S/SSS. If the assessment is A or above, the mayor will be re-elected. If two consecutive assessments are at B level or if any assessment is at C level, impeachment will occur.
* **100 Mayors Plan**
  * Heyo plans to recruit 100 mayors in 100 cities/regions worldwide by 2025.
