# Token Utility

* Upgrading land to level 10 requires the consumption of Heyocin.
* Land can be applied for official certification, permanently establishing the owner, which also consumes Heycoin.
* The official in-app marketplace features a Heycoin section for redeeming various rights and products.
* All official partners support payments and settlements in Heycoin.
* Official revenue will be used for the repurchase and destruction of Heycoin.
* To apply for the positions of regional leader and mayor, a stake of 20,000 or 5,000 equivalent Heycoin is required.
* Future applications will utilize Heycoin as the core asset.
